Jess Willis, Director of Nursing VIC

Jess has over 19 years of Oncology nursing experience and has a Masters of Advanced Nursing Practice specialising in Cancer nursing.

As the Director of Nursing, Jess is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing team and for the development, implementation and documentation of evidence based best nursing practice for patients and their carer’s.

Enabling nurses to develop their skills in a high challenge, high support environment is one of Jess’ passions.

Jess is also the Chair for our National Nursing Education Committee and an active member of CNSA.
