Jan Priaulx

Jan Priaulx is a registered nurse with extensive experience across a broad range of nursing disciplines including general medical, surgical, oncology, gynaecology, women’s health, and midwifery.

Jan specialised in Oncology in the United Kingdom and enjoyed all aspects of patient care across the cancer continuum from delivery of chemotherapy to palliative care community outreach. It was during this phase of her career she developed her passion for cancer care and motivated her to actively seek opportunity to continue working in this field.

Jan has held positions within the Cancer Information and Support Division at Cancer Council NSW for over 15 years. She has worked as within the Cancer Connect Service (peer support) and as a facilitator in the Telephone Support Groups service and more predominately as a 13 11 20 Information and Support Consultant. Jan’s passion for providing evidence based individualised information, short term emotional support and service navigation for clients of the NSW Cancer Council.

Jan currently holds the position of Lead ,13 11 20 Information and Support Service where she leads the team of Health Professionals and manages the operational and quality assurance aspects of the 13 11 20 Service.
